At FoundRae, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our fine jewelry and offer a seamless return process for pieces in original, unworn condition. If your selection is not perfectly suited to you, we welcome returns and exchanges within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original FoundRae signature packaging, ensuring all certificates and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it to your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
